RemX is currently seeking candidates for a Medical Customer Service Representative position with a Fortune 500 Pharmaceutical Client. This is a full-time remote opportunity that offers a competitive pay rate of $17 per hour, with weekly pay and benefits. The role is designed for individuals who are hard-working, friendly, and possess experience in medical customer service. The position requires processing patient cases and conducting benefit investigations within the system. Representatives will be responsible for making outbound calls to insurance companies to verify patient coverage for pharmaceuticals, necessitating a keen attention to detail. The work schedule is Monday to Friday, with shifts available between 7 AM and 8 PM CST, allowing for an 8-hour workday within these hours. Equipment will be provided for the role, and candidates must be available for equipment pickup in Irving, TX. The start date for this position is set for November 2024.
