Job Summary
The Fors Marsh Social Marketing Division is seeking an experienced professional to serve as an Account Director, leading large-scale, multifaceted contracts in the health communications and public health space. As a senior leader, you'll provide strategic insights, team oversight, and direction-setting activities, while building strong relationships with key clients and delivering results-driven solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing Complex Contracts: Oversee large-scale contracts, providing strategic insights, team leadership, and direction-setting activities, while establishing and maintaining budgets, staffing plans, and resource allocation.
- Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, serving as their trusted advisor and ensuring their satisfaction with our services.
- Team Leadership: Lead a high-performing team of account managers, research experts, graphic designers, creative directors, web developers, and outreach specialists to deliver results-driven solutions for clients.
- Collaborative Work Environment: Cultivate a collaborative work environment, developing team members through mentoring and identifying growth and development opportunities.
- Innovative Problem-Solving: Think creatively to solve tangible communications challenges through the application of research and data insights, technology, and creative execution.
Qualifications
Essential Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree: Communications, public health, public relations, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 10 years of proven experience leading health communications and public health projects.
- Leadership Skills: Ability to lead multifaceted teams and communications projects on behalf of federal and other clients in the public health space.
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communications skills.
- Citizenship: U.S. Citizen and consent to a full background check due to federal contract requirements.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Advanced Degree: Master's degree in communications, public health, or a related field.
- Certifications: Relevant certifications in health communications, public health, or a related field.
- Experience with Federal Clients: Experience working with federal clients in the public health space.

Compensation and Benefits:
- Competitive Salary: $135,000 - $155,000 per year.
