At Flex, we're revolutionizing the way bills are paid, and we're looking for an exceptional sales rockstar to join our team. As an Account Executive, SMB, you'll be responsible for:
- Driving new client acquisition and revenue growth within the rental real estate market
- Building and managing a robust pipeline in our CRM system
- Establishing relationships with senior executives and decision-makers through outbound efforts
- Owning the full sales cycle from lead to close
- Educating prospective customers on the value of Flex and navigating key decision-makers to build awareness within organizations
- Initiating, negotiating, and closing new and expansion contracts with customers
- Collaborating with the Accounts team to build strategic adoption plans for new customers
About You:
- 3+ years of sales experience with a consistent track record of quota attainment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to develop relationships with middle management and ownership quickly and effectively
- Ability to be flexible and adaptive, with skilled phone, email, and social media prospecting abilities
