This person will have the ability to build and foster strong relationships with their book of accounts. The Account Manager II will manage a broad portfolio of financial service products which may include: eCommerce, banking as a service (BaaS), network private label cards, gift card processing, earned wage access, alternative payments, buy now-pay later, and cryptocurrency.This position’s key focus will be to maintain, retain, and grow an owned book of business and/or assist Management with any assigned job responsibilities including operational tasks, and overall business priorities in a fast paced and evolving environment. This individual will manage eCommerce B2B and B2C accounts and work with large retailers such as Albertsons, CVS, Walmart, Dollar General, Family Dollar, McDonalds, review sales, prepare business reviews, implement new opportunities and strategies, meet with customers on a regular cadence. Qualities needed: self-starter, independent worker, PowerPoint and Excel savvy, process driven, task master, personable and comfortable leading meetings. This person will need to be ok with some travel (1-2x/quarter).
Responsibilities
o Contract evaluation and tracking across accounts
o Renewal timing, exclusivity and termination provisions, etc.
o Ad hoc analysis and forecasting based on actual sales information of existing, similar accounts and brands. Brand analysis to identify opportunities for brand expansion and underperforming brands
o Periodic analysis on margins across accounts Account audits to compare InComm card sales to complete card portfolio offered
o Tracking of card introduction and sales of new, strategic brands and categories like digital content and open loop across accounts
o As needed, auditing of pricing sheets against actual margins in our admin system
