What You’ll Do

As part of our Publisher Centric Team, At M2, we focus and emphasize proactive Publisher Services. As the Onboarding Manager, your role is a critical "first impression" of our organization and our ability to support our publishing partners in reaching their goals. .

You will spearhead the onboarding process for new publishers, ensuring they are equipped with the right tech, knowledge, and confidence to succeed. You are not just setting up accounts you are orchestrating a "White Glove" experience that reduces time-to-value and sets the stage for long-term retention. You also pay attention to improving our systems and processes along the way to continuously improve our service to publishers.
