AI has unlocked a new way to screen thousands of properties and find the best ones. We're taking advantage of it. We have a custom AI tool that searches major cities and looks for the best targets for investment. But AI isn't allowed to make phone calls without permission.
That is where you come in. You'll call the agent, get more information so we can make a data-backed offer.
This is an opportunity with a short window. We have raised $500k in personal capital to fund these deals.
Pay Rate:
• 20% of the deal gross profit
• A share in the 10% team pay (you get paid when other people close deals based on your activity)
Your normal pay for a deal would be between $2k and $5k. If you do 3 per month you can be making $6k-$15k.
Here is the bad news:
• You will be on the phone all day. If you don't want to call people, this isn't the right opportunity for you.
• Most people will say "no". You'll have to call ~25 listings for one deal.
