Job Summary

As an Allegiant Airlines Customer Service Representative, you will play a critical role in ensuring the comfort and safety of our passengers. You will work from home and provide exceptional support to travelers with diminished mobility and those requiring special assistance. Your primary responsibility will be to transport passengers from the check-in area to the aircraft and assist them with boarding and exiting the plane. You will also be responsible for providing general information to passengers, responding to their inquiries, and resolving any issues that may arise during their travel.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to passengers with diminished mobility and those requiring special assistance
• Transport passengers from the check-in area to the aircraft and assist them with boarding and exiting the plane
• Assist passengers with special needs, such as those requiring wheelchair assistance
• Provide general information to passengers, respond to their inquiries, and resolve any issues that may arise during their travel
• Work efficiently under time constraints and maintain a high level of productivity
• Maintain accurate records and reports, as required

Essential Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; some college or vocational training preferred
• At least one (1) year of customer service experience; airline industry experience a plus
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain a high level of productivity
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods
• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
• Pass a background check and obtain any necessary security clearances
