We are seeking a licensed attorney or financial professional to join our collaborative, multidisciplinary team. This role offers the opportunity to apply your legal and financial acumen to the review and analysis of a broad range of investment products, including:
• Interval funds
• Non-traded REITs
• Non-traded BDCs
• Private equity funds
• Delaware statutory trusts (DSTs)
• Other alternative investments, both public and private
Key Responsibilities
• Conduct legal and/or financial due diligence on alternative investment products
• Review offering documents, corporate governance materials, financial statements, and related disclosures
• Identify and assess regulatory, structural, and operational risks for broker-dealer and RIA clients
• Collaborate with colleagues with legal, accounting, and financial backgrounds to produce thorough written analyses
Qualifications
• Juris Doctor (JD) or undergraduate/graduate degree in finance, accounting, economics, or related discipline (preferred)
• Experience in securities, regulatory law, alternative investments, or financial services is strongly preferred
• Exceptional research, writing, and analytical skills
• Motivated recent graduates with strong academic credentials and demonstrated interest in financial services will also be considered
