What You'll Do
- Dial 200+ qualified prospects daily using our auto-dialer
- Book 3-5 appointments per shift (20-30 per week)
- Follow a proven script and update CRM only for booked calls
- Join a daily 30-minute Zoom huddle for coaching and leaderboard updates
- Consistently hit KPIs: contact ratio, conversion %, and quality scores (promotion comes fast for top performers)

Must-Haves
- 2+ years outbound phone sales (BPO/collections counts)
- Fluent English (C1/C2) will be tested
- Laptop/desktop (8 GB RAM), USB headset, backup power/hotspot
- Reliable 50 Mbps up / 50 Mbps down internet (speed test required)
Nice-to-Haves
- Experience in sales for home services, solar, roofing, or similar industries
- Familiarity with VICIdial or other power dialers
- Competitive, coachable, and KPI-driven
