The Associate in Digital Product Management will support the development and execution of the strategic vision for Token Solutions through research and analytics, focusing on delivering actionable insights and performance measurement for strategic initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Support the execution of the Token product roadmap and development of strategy through supporting analytics and advisory projects
- Conduct research on customer (merchant, issuer, aggregator, etc.) problems/needs
- Conduct external research on Agentic Commerce needs, trends, use cases, etc
- Deliver high-impact analytics to inform token strategy by developing actionable insights from internal/external data
- Lead analytics and measurement across key performance indicators
- Support ad-hoc analyses and reporting needs across the token product team
- Understand the key token strategic priorities and own tracking/reporting against them
- Partner with the Token Product data and business teams to understand the data available and the business impact
- Partner with the broader Token team (product design and development teams) to identify, track, and implement priorities
Skills
- Strong analytical and conceptual thinking acumen, with ability to translate complex, unstructured business problems into quantitative models
- Ability to leverage external insights, reports, and tools (from academia or other industries) where needed
- Capable of articulating key findings to leadership and stakeholders, leveraging insights to influence business decisions
- Experience with data querying (e.g., SQL, PowerQuery) and distributed analytics tools
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel pivot tables, data visualization, deck-writing)
- Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Economics, Finance, Computer Science, Mathematics/ Statistics, Engineering)
