About the Role
As an Associate Product Manager, you will play a key role in evangelizing our product, evaluating consumer feedback, and designing solutions to bridge experience gaps. Your responsibilities will include:
- Cultivating a deep understanding of customer personas, needs, and preferences
- Collaborating with customers and stakeholders to identify product gaps and develop solutions
- Documenting and maintaining Product Requirements Documents (PRDs) to aid solution development, design, and execution
- Developing product metrics to monitor and analyze feature usage, performance, and customer value
- Building expertise in domain knowledge, competitive landscape, and customer personas
- Taking ownership of the feature development lifecycle and ensuring timely delivery through collaboration with cross-functional teams
- Fostering collaboration with stakeholders throughout the product development process
- Effectively communicating product updates to customers and stakeholders
- Streamlining and collecting product feedback from customers and stakeholders
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- 1-2 years of experience in product management with SaaS-based products
- A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Management, or a related field
- A strong understanding of product lifecycle management and agile development methodologies
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in gathering and analyzing customer feedback to drive product improvements
- Experience with product metrics and analytical tools to understand product usage and performance
- A detail-oriented approach with strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and priorities
- Effective communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate with customers
- A willingness to learn and adapt to new domains and technologies
