Position: Associate Vice President (TA)– Non-Technical Hiring (Remote)

This is a performance-driven role with no fixed salary, where earnings are directly linked to successful candidate closures and client payments. If you want to learn recruitment the traditional way—by owning outcomes end-to-end—this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities
Source candidates through job portals, social platforms, and databases
Screen candidates based on role fitment, communication, and intent
Coordinate interviews and manage the hiring pipeline
Ensure consistent follow-ups to drive candidate joining
Maintain strong candidate experience throughout the hiring cycle
Track hiring metrics (submissions, selections, joins)
Minimize drop-offs and improve conversion rates
Eligibility Criteria
Freshers and internship seekers are welcome
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Self-driven with a high ownership mindset
Ability to work independently in a target-driven environment
Basic understanding of recruitment is a plus (not mandatory)
Requirements

If a candidate drops during the cooling-off period:
1. Replacement Provided: 25% deduction on payout
2. No Replacement Provided: 100% penalty (equivalent to client fee for that candidate)

Compensation Model (No Fixed Salary)
This role operates on a pure performance-based payout structure:
You earn per successful candidate selection and joining
Payout varies based on:
Client agreement
Fee per candidate
Payment cycle (30 / 60 / 90 days). (Biweekly Payment)
Illustrative Example (Base Currency INR)
When your candidates get selected:
12 candidates @ ₹5,000 each = INR 60,000
8 candidates @ ₹8,000 each = INR 64,000
10 candidates @ ₹12,000 each = INR 1,20,000
Total : INR 2,44,000
Deduction: INR 48,800
Payout: INR 1,95,200 (your final payout will be calculated accordingly based on successful joins and successful completion of colling-off period.)
Payout Terms
50% payout: After payment is received from the client
30% payout: After completion of 90-day cooling-off period
20% deduction: IT and Platform Fee
