Responsibilities
• Manage insurance defense litigation matters from inception through resolution
• Conduct legal research, draft motions, pleadings, and discovery
• Participate in depositions, hearings, mediations, and trials
• Communicate with clients, insurance carriers, and opposing counsel
Qualifications
• J.D. from an accredited law school
• Active bar license in the applicable state
• 1+ years of insurance defense litigation experience

Salary and Other Compensation
The annual salary for this position is between $150,000 – $190,000. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
