In this role, you will partner with cross-functional stakeholders across all levels of the organization, leveraging your expertise to identify and implement AI solutions that enhance our business and operations across the globe. Create and maintain backlog of opportunities/use cases through deliberate ideation efforts, including workshops; triangulate and align business problem statements with feasibility, complexity, benefits, data/technology/business readiness Strategic thinking and thought leadership in being able to align AI solutions and business/operations objectives, including familiarity with Insurance regulatory requirements, related to use of AI Evangelizing AI enablement processes, including ideation, scoring, prioritization, benefit model, implementation; Advocating for roles of digital supervisor, data stewards, process owners related to in continuous improvement in outcomes and scaling Upholding AI governance especially responsible and ethical AI best practices Adept at Insurance and/or Reinsurance business functions and operations: Underwriting, Claims, Pricing, Billing and Accounting among other areas. Must have conceptual knowledge of digital technologies like Low Code No Code, Robotic Process Automation, Intelligent Document Processing, AI/ML, Generative AI. Working knowledge in any or all of the above is preferred Articulate and contextualize art of the possible using RPA, AI/ML, Gen AI tools and framework, including their limitations and critical pre-requisites like data quality, responsible AI, to improve business opportunity, performance and operational efficiencies Guide and recommend KPIs to operations and business owners to measure AI adoption outcomes Awareness of Enterprise Risk Management framework including IT Risk Management and General Controls and their intersection with AI emerging risks Acute eye for data readiness and data preparation; ability to identify appropriate data sources when recommending AI adoption/solutions; Must have understanding of Data and Data Governance PII, Reference Data, Data Leakage. Lead and/or support Change Management in adoption of AI solutions working closely with the business teams. Help with Human In The Loop adoption; Support Ground Truth Analysis; Identify and/or provide guidance on continuously improving AI solution for accuracy and throughput. Experience/Skills: Must have P&C insurance background with at least 5+ years of experience Prior innovation/automation/business architecture experience specifically as part of leading large Digital Transformation program in Insurance is desirable Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Business, Data Science or related area. Overall 5+ years of experience in Digital Technologies, Automation in financial services Highly collaborative and ability to navigate a highly matrix global environment.
