Position Overview: As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative, you will be at the heart of our clientÂ’s operations, ensuring beneficiaries receive the best possible service. This role involves handling inbound calls related to health care enrollment and assisting clients with their needs in both Bengali and English.
Job Responsibilities:
• Handle calls efficiently, providing responsive service to client inquiries.
• Assist clients in selecting the most suitable health plans, providing education on managed care.
• Guide clients through the enrollment and disenrollment process, ensuring all forms are completed accurately.
• Follow up with clients via email as needed to ensure satisfaction and completion of the enrollment process.

Requirements:
• High school diploma/GED or higher
• At least 1 year of experience in customer service, preferably in a call center setting.
• Excellent communication skills in both Bengali and English.

• Ability to type at a minimum of 35 WPM.
