As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the primary point of contact for our cardholders, handling inbound calls, resolving inquiries, authorizing sales, and building strong relationships with clients, customers, and colleagues.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound calls from cardholders, providing exceptional customer service and resolving inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain up-to-date computerized customer information, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
- Authorize sales and resolve customer complaints, demonstrating strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Build strong relationships with clients, customers, and colleagues, fostering a positive and supportive team environment.
- Effectively communicate with customers, colleagues, and management, both verbally and in writing.
- Utilize computer systems and technology to manage customer information, process transactions, and perform other job-related tasks.
Essential Qualifications
To be considered for this role, you must meet the following essential qualifications:
- 6+ months of customer service experience, or equivalent military experience.
- Fully fluent in English and Spanish, both verbally and in writing.
- Proficient computer skills, including the ability to manage information in multiple windows and type while talking.
- Comfortable utilizing Microsoft Outlook and other software applications.
- Able to work in a quiet, distraction-free environment with access to high-speed internet.
- Live within a 2 1/2 hour commute of Phoenix, AZ.
- 18 years old or older.
- Willing to take a drug test, submit to a background investigation, and submit fingerprints as part of the selection process.
- Legally authorized to work in the U.S. (we will not sponsor individuals for employment visas).
