You’ll be joining a creative, high-performing Marketing team focused on shaping and amplifying the Finalis brand across every touchpoint. We’re storytellers, builders, and brand guardians who collaborate closely with Product, Sales, and Operations to bring clarity, cohesion, and impact to everything we ship. ✨ What will you be doing?
As our Brand Designer, you’ll be the visual voice of our brand — responsible for maintaining consistency, creativity, and excellence across all marketing assets. Your work will help elevate our message and deepen engagement with our audiences.
Specifically, you will:
Design and maintain brand-aligned collateral templates (e.g., pitch decks, one-pagers, and case studies).
Produce visual assets for campaigns, social media, and events — from static graphics to animated visuals.
Own and evolve the look & feel across all marketing touchpoints, ensuring a consistent, cohesive experience that reflects our brand identity.
Collaborate with content, growth, and product marketing teams to support the launch of strategic initiatives.
Who are we looking for?
A thoughtful, detail-obsessed designer who combines brand sensibility with a bias for execution. You balance creative ambition with pragmatism, and you know when to push boundaries — and when to simplify.
You should have:
3+ years of experience in brand or marketing design
Strong portfolio showcasing multi-format marketing work (especially social, digital, and campaign assets)
Proficiency in tools like Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), and Canva
A deep understanding of brand systems and how to apply them across channels
Experience designing for both digital and print

You're a visual storyteller — able to translate abstract concepts into clean, compelling designs
You think in systems — and can build scalable templates that others can use
You’re proactive and organized, able to juggle multiple priorities while keeping timelines on track
You care about the details and sweat the polish
You understand how design drives business outcomes and are curious about what resonates with audiences
Experience with animation or motion graphics (e.g., After Effects, Lottie)
Exposure to B2B SaaS or fintech brands
Familiarity with SEO/SEM visual best practices
Web design experience (e.g., Webflow, basic HTML/CSS understanding)
