Role Overview

This role involves leading analysis efforts, working across business, product, and technical teams to drive clarity, alignment, and progress in a fast-moving, multi-stakeholder environment.
What You Will Do
As a Business Analyst, you will own end-to-end requirements capture, refinement, and backlog management, translate business needs into clear user stories, and ensure requirements are complete, testable, and aligned to product and technical constraints.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Agriculture
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst or similar role in digital/IT/product environments

- Demonstrated ability to own and drive work independently
- Demonstrated technical aptitude with a proven ability to pick up new tools and technologies
