Job Description
We are looking for a Business Analyst AI to translate prioritized business requirements into actionable work items and drive the successful implementation of AI/ML solutions. This position will be full-time and remote.
What You’ll Do
Translates prioritized requirements into detailed, actionable work items (user stories, tasks, acceptance criteria) across data science, data engineering, and visualization
Ensures backlog readiness and supports effort estimation in close partnership with the Product Manager
Partners with the Product Manager to support product lifecycle activities, including measuring value realization and driving adoption post go-live
What You'll Need
Required:
3–6+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in analytics/data-driven environments
Strong supply chain domain knowledge
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
Strong requirements elicitation and user story writing skills
Understanding of AI/ML concepts and lifecycle
SQL and data analysis capabilities
Experience with Power BI and/or Databricks
Excel (Power User level)
SharePoint proficiency
Physical Demands
Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions
Sedentary work that involves sitting or remaining stationary most of the time with occasional need to move around the office to attend meetings, etc.
Ability to conduct repetitive tasks on a computer, utilizing a mouse, keyboard, and monitor
