The Business Development Representative (BDR) for Quest Diagnostics Workforce Health Solutions (WHS) serves as the tip of the spear for our commercial organization. Reporting to the Director of New Business Development, this role is directly responsible for fueling the sales pipeline by identifying high-value target employers, initiating outbound contact, and securing qualified meetings for our Account Executives.   he Business Development Role plays a critical role in driving profitable sales growth and establishing initial client relationships to promote our comprehensive workforce solutions, including wellness programs, clinical testing, and biometric screenings.   This is a great opportunity to break into sales!  Quest Diagnostics honors our service members and encourages veterans to apply.
