Onsite/ Hybrid/ Remote: Remote (Anywhere in US)
Duration: Fulltime
Rate Range: $160-$179k with a bonus yearly 20%.
Work Authorization: GC, USC, All valid EADs except OPT, CPT, H1B
Must Have:
Business Process Automation (BPA) and RPA (UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism)
Solutioning and discovery for automation programs
Project and program delivery management
Process standardization and automation frameworks
Budgeting and resource planning for automation initiatives
Responsibilities:
Lead discovery and solutioning for new automation opportunities with sales teams
Define scope, deliverables, timelines, and budgets for BPA projects
Own client communication with senior stakeholders and drive alignment
Oversee end to end delivery of automation programs from initiation to closure
Establish standardized methodologies, reusable components, and best practices
Monitor project outcomes and drive continuous improvement across engagements
Approve Statements of Work in partnership with leadership
Manage resource allocation and ensure projects meet budget and timeline targets
Qualifications:
10+ years in BPA, RPA, or digital transformation programs
Proven experience leading automation practice or large scale initiatives
Strong experience with enterprise RPA tools and process optimization
Experience in client facing roles with senior stakeholder management
Track record of delivering complex automation programs on time and within budget
Nice to Have:
Experience with BPM tools or low code platforms
Exposure to AI driven automation or intelligent automation
Experience in consulting or professional services environment
