In this role, you’ll be the voice of our brand, providing exceptional customer service solutions to our clients every day. You’ll make outbound calls tailored to specific programs or projects, utilizing our provided tools to document customer interactions accurately while maintaining… professionalism and integrity.
Key Responsibilities
Engage with customers through outbound calls, ensuring a positive experience.
Accurately capture and enter data during calls.
Upsell products and services to meet customer needs.
Schedule appointments in a business-to-customer format.
Maintain a strong understanding of campaign products, services, and promotions.
Qualifications
Minimum of one year of call center experience, particularly with automatic dialers and call scripting (required for remote candidates).
A clear, professional, and friendly voice.
Excellent people skills, with a focus on active listening and strong communication.
Dependable attendance and punctuality.
Sales experience is a plus.
High school diploma or GED.
Basic Computer Skills And Proficiency Are Essential.
Experience in an outbound call environment is preferred.
Work-from-Home Requirements
PC or laptop with at least Windows 10 (Apple/Mac products, Chromebooks, and tablets are not compatible).
Hard-wired high-speed internet connection (ethernet cable required).
USB-connected headset.
Webcam.
