We’re seeking remote customer-oriented service representatives to join our dynamic team. As a remote Call Center Agent, you’ll be instrumental in providing top-notch customer service solutions while ensuring customer satisfaction on a daily basis. Your role will involve consistent outbound calls, meticulous documentation of customer interactions, and adherence to company policies and procedures.

Job Duties

Data entry and management

Upselling products and services

Scheduling appointments

Staying updated on campaign products, services, and promotions

Required Skills & Qualifications

Minimum one year of Call Center experience

Clear, professional, and friendly communication skills

Strong Interpersonal Skills And Active Listening Abilities

Excellent attendance and punctuality

Sales Experience Preferred

High School diploma or GED

Basic computer literacy

Work-From-Home Requirements

PC/Laptop with at least Windows 10

Hard-wired high-speed internet connection

USB-connected headset
