Job Summary:

We're seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Carrier Submissions Coordinator to join our Client Onboarding team. As a key player in our operations, you'll work closely with insurance carriers to ensure seamless enrollment and resolve eligibility concerns, providing an exceptional experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the Client Onboarding team to submit required documentation to insurance carriers
• Resolve eligibility concerns with carriers to ensure timely enrollment
• Verify accurate enrollment of customers on our platform
• Proactively communicate with carriers via phone, email, and text to expedite the onboarding process
• Partner with internal teams to deliver a high-satisfaction experience for customers

Requirements:

• 1-2 years of experience in sales, operations, or customer service
• Passion for helping others, particularly in health-related matters
• High productivity and organizational skills
• Familiarity with support ticketing and CRM software tools
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Compensation:

The base salary range for this position is $16.00 per hour, with opportunities for growth and bonus eligibility based on performance.
