Role Overview
As a Case Analysis Intern at Springworks, you'll gain hands-on experience in the fast-paced environment of our leading background verification platform, SpringVerify. You'll work closely with different teams within the Operations department, developing valuable skills in various aspects of business operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the operations team in day-to-day activities, including case analysis, document verification, and database management
- Assist in conducting background verification checks for clients, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve operational issues or customer inquiries in a timely manner
- Contribute ideas for process improvement and optimization
- Perform outbound calls to gather necessary information and follow up on verification requests
- Adhere to established protocols and guidelines to maintain data confidentiality and security
- Complete assigned tasks and projects within specified deadlines with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
Requirements and Qualifications
Essential Qualifications
- Recent graduate (2024) in any field, without any full-time prior experience
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact professionally with clients and team members
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel, Word, and Google Sheets
- Detail-oriented with a keen eye for identifying discrepancies and inconsistencies in data
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with call-making and telephone etiquette
