We are an ABA therapy/autism services practice looking for an experienced CentralReach specialist to help us get the most out of the platform. We need someone who genuinely knows CentralReach inside and out — not just general practice-management experience.
Areas we need help with:
- Setup & configuration: scheduling, workflows, client/staff records, and overall system configuration
- Billing & claims: insurance billing, claims submission and follow-up, authorizations, and revenue cycle management
- Data & reporting: building reports and dashboards, and helping us make sense of our clinical and operational data
- Training & ongoing admin: training our team on best practices and supporting day-to-day administrative work
The ideal candidate has hands-on CentralReach experience in an ABA/autism setting, strong attention to detail, and clear communication. Experience with insurance billing for ABA services is a big plus.
