Job Summary
We're immediately hiring a Certified Pharmacy Technician to work from home as part of our remote team. As a Medicare Part D Pharmacy Technician, you'll play a crucial role in our quality improvement initiatives, focusing on Medicare Quality and STAR measures. This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented pharmacy professional who enjoys both analytical work and patient interaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Member Outreach Initiatives: Develop and implement outreach strategies to optimize clinical quality and close healthcare gaps for Medicare members.
- Collaborate with Analytics Team: Work closely with our Analytics team to identify opportunities for improvement in patient care and develop data-driven solutions.
- Create Engaging Member Communications: Design and track program success for member communications aimed at improving health outcomes.
- Interact with Medicare Members and Healthcare Providers: Communicate directly with Medicare members and healthcare providers to address concerns and provide support.
- Develop and Maintain Performance Metrics: Create and track performance metrics for quality improvement programs to ensure success.
- Drive Medication Adherence Initiatives: Implement data-driven strategies to improve medication adherence among Medicare members.

Essential Qualifications
- Active Pharmacy Technician License: Hold an active Pharmacy Technician License in your residential state.
- Medicare Part D Experience: Have at least 2 years of experience working with Medicare Part D.
- High School Diploma or Equivalent: Possess a High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfort with Technology and Data Analysis: Be comfortable working with technology and analyzing data.
- Ability to Work Independently: Show the ability to work independently in a remote setting.
Preferred Qualifications
- National Pharmacy Technician Certification (CPhT): Hold a National Pharmacy Technician Certification (CPhT).
- Experience with Pharmacy Benefit Management (PBM): Have experience working with Pharmacy Benefit Management (PBM).
- Healthcare Analytics Background: Possess a background in healthcare analytics.
- Previous Remote Work Experience: Have previous experience working remotely.
