About the position
As a Change Manager and Organizational Transformation Lead, you will be the "catalyst for change" at the forefront of client initiatives. You are not just a project manager; you are a strategic advisor and executive coach. You will work directly with C-suite leaders to equip them with the mindset and tools necessary to champion complex transformations. You will bridge the gap between high-level strategy and human adoption by coaching leaders to drive the "new era" of their organization.
Responsibilities
• Act as a trusted advisor to executives, providing one-on-one coaching to help them lead through uncertainty and resistance.
• Equip client leaders with specific behavioral mindsets and tactical tools needed to become effective change sponsors.
• Lead executive workshops to align leadership teams on vision, strategy, and the human impact of digital shifts.
• Implement cutting-edge change management strategies that prioritize leadership visibility and cultural evolution.
• Conduct thorough assessments to identify organizational "ripples of change" and advise leaders on proactive mitigation.
• Identify and coach "Change Champions" throughout the organization to foster a grassroots culture of innovation.
• Help executives craft and deliver powerful change narratives that inspire and captivate employees at all levels.
• Design engagement strategies that ensure leadership messaging is consistent, transparent, and frequent.
• Use KPIs to measure the "pulse of change" and coach leaders on how to adjust their approach based on data-driven feedback.
Requirements
• Bachelors degree in Transformational Leadership, Organizational Development, or Business.
• 8+ years experience in executive coaching, leadership development, or senior-level advisory within a management consulting framework.
• Deep knowledge of change frameworks (Prosci, Kotters 8 step model) and experience applying them at the executive level.
• Ability to translate complex organizational data into clear, actionable advice for senior stakeholders.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and inspire C-suite audiences.
• Ability to shift between high-level executive coaching and tactical project delivery .
• Strong knowledge of change management methodologies including ADKAR, Prosci, and Kotters 8-Step Model.
• Ability to design and execute structured change strategies that drive adoption and sustained outcomes.
• Excellent facilitation and communication skills across all stakeholder levels.
• High emotional intelligence with the ability to anticipate and manage resistance to change.
