Responsibilities:
1. Responding to customer inquiries and concerns via chat in a timely and professional manner.
2. Troubleshooting technical issues and providing solutions to customers.
3. Escalating complex issues to the appropriate department for resolution.
4. Maintaining accurate and detailed records of customer interactions.
5. Collaborating with team members to improve processes and enhance customer satisfaction.
6. Ensuring quality and consistency in all customer interactions.
Requirements:
1. Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field.
2. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
3. Excellent analysis and strategic planning skills.
4. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
5. Proficient in Microsoft Office and customer service software.
6. A positive attitude and a willingness to go above and beyond for our customers.
