What You'll Do:

• Oversee and guide all systems engineering efforts supporting the OPIR TAP Lab and BGIF.
• Define, prioritize, and execute technical requirements, translating them into actionable and innovative solutions.
• Conduct comprehensive systems engineering trade studies to evaluate and recommend strategic technology investments.
• Coordinate and maintain an Integration Roadmap for tenants of BGIF, optimizing activities, investments, and technological upgrades to achieve maximum efficiency and manage lifecycle costs effectively.
• Lead efforts in exploring emerging technology trends, recommending strategic courses of action to ensure technological leadership and operational excellence.

What You'll Bring:

• A minimum of 10 years of relevant industry experience, with at least 5 years dedicated to software development, testing, and integration within DoD or national security environments.
• A master’s degree in engineering, Science, Technology Management, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven leadership in technical project management, systems engineering, and stakeholder collaboration.
• Current TS Clearance with SCI eligibility.
