Civil Litigation Attorneys

Gordon Rees Scully Mansukhani (GRSM) is seeking civil litigation attorneys for their forthcoming Bellingham and Vancouver offices. The role involves handling various civil litigation cases and engaging in client interactions, with flexible work options available.

Responsibilities

• Handle civil litigation cases in various areas including Employment, Environmental, Toxic Tort, Product, Commercial, General Liability, Construction, Healthcare, Professional Liability, and Insurance Defense
• Participate in client interactions and handle appearances at hearings, depositions, and trials

Skills

• Minimum of at least one year experience in civil litigation
• Candidates must be driven team players with excellent litigation, writing and persuasive speaking skills
• Possess strong academic backgrounds and proven skills in research
• Must be a self-starter who is able to handle assignments with minimal supervision
• Candidates must be licensed and admitted to practice in the State of Washington
• Trial experience
• Oregon license is a plus
