We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Client Partner Vice President, Healthcare to lead and grow strategic client relationships within the healthcare sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving client success, delivering innovative solutions, and achieving business growth by aligning client goals with organizational objectives. This role is pivotal in fostering partnerships, providing strategic insights, and ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities

Strategic Client Management:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for healthcare clients, building strong, trust-based relationships.
- Develop a deep understanding of client business goals, challenges, and market dynamics.
- Ensure client success through tailored solutions that align with business objectives.

Business Development:
- Identify new business opportunities within existing and prospective accounts.
- Lead proposals, negotiations, and contract renewals to achieve revenue growth targets.
- Drive cross-functional collaboration to deliver innovative and scalable healthcare solutions.

Leadership & Strategy:
- Collaborate with internal teams to design and implement healthcare strategies that meet client needs.
- Oversee the delivery of projects, ensuring alignment with timelines, budgets, and quality expectations.
- Act as a thought leader, providing insights into industry trends and innovations.

Metrics & Reporting:
- Monitor account performance, revenue targets, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Present regular updates to clients and internal stakeholders regarding account progress and opportunities.
Qualifications
Required Skills and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare management, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- 10+ years of experience in client management, sales, or business development within the healthcare industry.
- Proven track record of exceeding revenue and growth targets.
- Strong knowledge of healthcare systems, regulations, and market trends.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to lead and inspire cross-functional teams.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working with healthcare technology or consulting firms.
