• Help lead the charge by growing our business!
• This is a farming role that will focus on identifying and growing business opportunities within existing enterprise accounts.
• Serve as the overall executive relationship manager for the account and be responsible for retention of existing customer revenue and grow that revenue within the account.
• Build, cultivate and leverage relationships in your targeted accounts to drive and uncover growth opportunities in the eastern region of the USA.
• Collaborate closely with Customer Success to identify strategies and execute on expanding to new Suki users within the customers.
• Lead the customer value strategy developing compelling business cases and ROI justification for expansion of Suki.
• As part of your account strategy you will work closely with Marketing on campaigns to target new users within Enterprise accounts along with Customer Success.
Requirements:
• 5+ years selling (farming) complex Healthcare SAAS in large… Enterprise accounts.
• Demonstrated ability to develop strategies to grow business with existing accounts
• Strong track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and conflict resolution skills.
• Technical understanding of cloud services, EMR integration and understanding of SaaS solutions.
• Familiar and adept with using Salesforce.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
