Job Summary
We're looking for a talented Client Services Specialist to join our team and play a critical role in delivering outstanding service to our clients and financial advisors. As a Client Services Specialist, you will be the primary point of contact for client inquiries, providing timely and effective support to ensure their success with our platform. Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, and chat, providing high-quality support and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
