Business Partner – Short-Term Rental Management (Co-Founder Opportunity)

About the Opportunity:
I’m seeking a business partner to help build and grow a short-term rental (STR) management company from the ground up. I bring over 20 years of experience in hospitality leadership, revenue management, and strategic operations—including revenue management oversight of more than 1,500 properties generating over $75 million in annual revenue.
With deep expertise in pricing strategy, data analytics, and market optimization, I’ve built scalable systems that consistently deliver 15–30% revenue improvements for short-term rental portfolios. Now I’m looking for a partner who can lead on the ground operations, owner relations, and daily execution as we scale.
This is not a traditional job, it’s a partnership opportunity for someone entrepreneurial, reliable, and hungry to build something meaningful.
What I Bring:
• 20+ years of experience with major hotel brands and STR platforms
• Advanced knowledge of pricing tools like PriceLabs, Wheelhouse, Guesty, Hospitable, and more
• Proven success scaling short-term rental portfolios and leading remote teams
• Strong track record of financial performance, P&L management, and system implementation
• Strategic vision, operational playbooks, and the infrastructure to scale quickly
What I’m Looking for in a Partner:
• Background in short-term rental operations or hospitality management
• Ability to handle day-to-day operations, guest communications, vendor management, and owner onboarding
• Entrepreneurial mindset, you want equity and a leadership role, not just a paycheck
• Comfortable working remotely and managing tasks with autonomy
• Bonus if you’ve co-hosted, managed STR units, or operated a PM company
Compensation & Structure:
This is a co-founder/partnership role. Compensation is based on profit share, equity, or revenue split—not a fixed salary. If you’re currently freelancing, managing a few units, or want to grow something bigger with the right partner, I’d love to connect.
