Job Summary
We are a boutique, remote law firm supporting landlords and other property owners.
We need to engage with someone smart, entrepreneurial and "outside the box thinker" to serve our clients on a freelance basis. If you're qualified in either conveyancing, planning, or evictions - we'd love to hear from you!
This is a fantastic opportunity for a solicitor who wants flexible consulting work while delivering high-quality, practical advice to clients in property and commercial matters. You can specialise strongly in one area or cover a mix of all three – we are open to your strengths.
Requirements
• Minimum 2 years relevant post-qualification experience
• Holds a current Practising Certificate (Solicitor)
• Proven expertise in at least one of the following: conveyancing, commercial evictions/landlord & tenant litigation, or planning & development law
• Strong commercial awareness and excellent client communication skills
• Ability to work independently as a consultant with minimal supervision
• Professional, proactive, and solutions-focused attitude
