Act as the client-facing strategist and relationship lead for CIELO Agency. You’ll join bi-weekly client calls, guide brand and marketing direction, and ensure clarity, consistency, and strategic alignment across projects. This role is ideal for a senior consultant who enjoys high-level strategy and conversation—not production.
Core Responsibilities
• Lead client strategy calls (1–2x per week per client).
• Translate discussions into clear direction for brand, web, and content teams.
• Advise clients on messaging, positioning, and growth opportunities.
• Support project oversight to ensure delivery aligns with client goals.
• Identify upsell opportunities or new service fits during strategy discussions.
• Report call summaries and key action points to project managers.
Requirements
• 5+ years in brand, marketing, or creative strategy.
• Strong communication and client-facing confidence.
• Understands digital branding, websites, and content ecosystems.
• Ability to lead with clarity and consultative authority.
• Comfortable working with founders, PE firms, and high-end businesses.
Compensation
Hourly or retainer-based. Initial scope: 2–5 hours per week (calls + strategy).
Expansion possible into broader consulting or operations leadership.
