Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and entrepreneurial Content Program Manager to join our innovative Buy with Prime content team. As a key member of our team, you will drive the development of high-value, visual storytelling content, leveraging your creative marketing expertise to bring our brand to life through various media formats. This exciting role offers the opportunity to work on strategic projects with high exposure, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and produce high-quality content for educational programs, sales initiatives, and marketing campaigns, including webinars, how-to videos, and business stories.
- Independently create high-value media content from concept to final deliverables, with limited oversight, and manage production agencies for video and interactive projects.
- Partner with design leads, marketers, and stakeholders to drive clarity on requirements and meet timelines, and support quick-turn shoots with script writing, directing talent, and line producing.
- Convey a creative approach to storytelling, executing against a content strategy, and delivering results, while exhibiting strong organizational and project management skills.

Requirements:
- Available portfolio of visual storytelling on various platforms.
- Bachelor's degree (preferably in Marketing or Communication) or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of experience in Marketing and/or Creative roles producing digital content.
- Experience with the sales cycle, creating content to nurture leads, drive adoption, and accelerate growth.
- Experience leading projects in a collaborative multi-disciplinary team, including designers, art directors, writers, product managers, and marketers.
