Position Summary: The Marketing Copywriter 1 will create high-quality content that supports the bank’s marketing strategies and strengthens our brand presence. This role requires a creative thinker who can produce engaging copy that resonates with our target audience.
Essential Functions:
- Develop content for various marketing channels, including websites, emails, social media, and print materials.
- Collaborate with designers, product managers, and other stakeholders to brainstorm and execute cohesive marketing campaigns.
- Ensure all content adheres to brand voice and style guidelines.
- Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities.
- Edit and proofread content to maintain high standards of quality.
- Complete work efficiently and on time by setting priorities, establishing timelines, and leveraging resources, such as project management software.
- Understand and adhere to all bank policies, laws, and regulations applicable to this role. Complete compliance training; follow internal processes and controls as required.
- Report all compliance issues and violations of law or regulations in accordance with the steps defined in bank policies.
- Regular and reliable attendance is an essential function of this position.
- Perform other job-related duties or special projects as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
- 1-4 years copywriter or content creator proven experience preferred.
- Familiarity with digital marketing and SEO best practices.
- Proficient in working with Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, etc.) and Adobe Acrobat.
