Responsibilities
• Design, develop, and implement corporate and professional training programs. • Deliver instructional content online, on campus, or at corporate client sites. • Motivate participants using experiential learning strategies. • Utilize current technology for course design and development. • Differentiate instruction to meet diverse learner needs. • Assist in the refinement and customization of existing programs. Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Adult Education, Business Administration, Business Management, Educational & Instructional Technology, Instructional Design, or related discipline.
• Minimum of three years in industry training, corporate training, or community college teaching. • Demonstrated history of instructional design and delivery. • Ability to effectively communicate with participants from diverse backgrounds. • Mastery of adult learning principles. • Ability to deliver programs on client sites. Nice-to-haves
• Master's degree in a related discipline. • Knowledge of trending developments in related fields. • Ability to contribute innovative ideas for new curricula. Benefits
