A growing CPA firm in Billings, Montana is seeking an experienced CPA Tax Accountant / Tax Strategist to join its team. This role offers flexibility, strong compensation upside, and long-term growth potential.
What You’ll Do
• Prepare and review individual and business tax returns (1040s, 1120s)
• Partner with clients on tax planning and strategy
• Collaborate on special tax projects and advisory work
• Identify opportunities to maximize client tax benefits
What We’re Looking For
• Active CPA (or actively pursuing)
• 2+ years of tax experience in a CPA firm
• Strong knowledge of individual and business taxation
• Ability to clearly explain tax concepts to clients
Compensation & Perks
• $50,000–$100,000+ base, depending on experience
• Commission and profit-sharing opportunities
• 401(k) with 6% company match
