Lindus Health is seeking a freelance Clinical Research Associate (CRA) to support their growing portfolio of clinical trials. The role focuses on effective, risk-proportionate monitoring, primarily remote, across multiple US sites. The CRA will prepare, conduct, and report on monitoring visits, utilizing the Citrus platform, and will work closely with Trial Managers and other teams to shape monitoring strategy. Lindus Health is a company aiming to fix the clinical trial infrastructure with software to help innovative companies run faster, more reliable and patient-friendly clinical trials.
Requirements
- 3+ years of independent site monitoring experience across all types of monitoring visits
- Experience developing strategies to effectively support remote monitoring
- Experience with Decentralized Clinical Trials (DCT) and central monitoring approaches
- Ability to review and develop monitoring plans effectively
- Understanding of a risk-proportionate approach to monitoring
- Strong working knowledge of GCP/GDP and regulatory requirements
- Strong awareness of clinical trial regulations
- Great attention to detail
- Confident communicator with internal and external stakeholders
- Autonomous, proactive, organised and creative
