Trimco is building the post-harvest infrastructure backbone for California cannabis cultivation (finite market ~2,000 operators). Our outbound engine is live and working. Now we’re upgrading our CRM into a forecasting + market intelligence system.
The Mission
Design and implement a 3-tier intelligence model inside Pipedrive so our small team can:
- run outbound cleanly (Tier 1)
- forecast production + staffing 12 months out (Tier 2)
- build market intelligence that predicts operator stress + timing (Tier 3)
This work must be simple, enforceable, and reportable.
The 3 Tiers (must be built into CRM):
- Tier 1 = Sales Engine - Objective: contact leads, log structured outcomes, route to rep.
- Tier 2 = Forecast Engine - Objective: forecast weekly/monthly production queue + staffing demand 12 months out.
- Tier 3 = Market Intelligence - Objective: capture pain/constraints/triggers so we can predict buying windows and create external market leverage.
What you will build (in Pipedrive)
1) Field Architecture
- Create the required fields to capture Tier 1 / 2 / 3 completion cleanly.
2) Forecast Dashboards
- We need dashboards that show:
- 30-day production queue (near-term scheduling)
- 12-month forecast by month (capacity planning)
- Segmentation by client type (Perpetual vs Seasonal + Mega/Anchor/Core)
3) Basic Automations
- Build lightweight reminders/tasks when Tier data is missing or follow-ups are required.
4) System Handoff
- Deliver a short SOP + Loom walkthrough so the team can run this weekly.
- How the system will be used
We will run weekly review outputs such as:
- production queue forecast (30/60/90)
- next 12-month harvest map
- Break List (urgency + triggers)
- pain/constraint trends
Required Expert Level Experience in:
Tableau / PowerBI / Looker / Metabase
Setting up a lightweight “CRM → dashboard” pipeline
