The Software Enterprise Deployment and Integration team is responsible for deploying and supporting products such as Computer Aided Dispatch, Records Management Systems, Jail Management Systems, and Mobile Data Computing. As a Customer Education Specialist, you'll work closely with this team to provide training and support to agency customers and end-users, ensuring they can effectively utilize our complex software products and services.
