Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service across multiple channels, including phone, email, chat, and text, ensuring that every interaction is positive and memorable.
- Utilize available resources and technology to determine the best course of action and resolve customer inquiries efficiently.
- Navigate multiple computer systems simultaneously, multitasking with ease to input data accurately and gather necessary information.
- Address customer needs, including purchase needs, status inquiries, service needs, and general inquiries, providing adequate information and explanations.
- Leverage problem-solving skills to resolve complex problems, remaining calm under pressure and providing timely solutions.
- Recognize and act on sales opportunities, following up as necessary to ensure customer needs are met or to provide additional information.
- Establish rapport with customers, showing empathy and a positive attitude, and inspiring them through every interaction.
- Serve as a knowledgeable resource to customers, delivering accurate and efficient information to resolve issues and help them define their needs.
- Listen attentively to customers, adapting to their needs and being resourceful in resolving problems.
- Practice continuous learning and self-development, staying up-to-date on blithequark's business and Contact Center resources.
Essential Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess the following essential qualifications:
- A high school diploma or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of customer service or sales experience.
- Proficiency in using basic computer tools and navigating between applications.
- Intermediate to advanced knowledge of customer service principles.
- Strong reading and writing skills.
- A minimum home internet speed of 20 mb/s DOWNLOAD and 5mb/s UPLOAD.
Preferred Qualifications
While not required, the following qualifications are highly preferred:
- Previous experience in a contact center environment.
- Knowledge of sales principles and practices.
- Familiarity with CRM software and other customer service tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
