Job Description
As a Customer Happiness Intern at blithequark, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional support to our authors, creative publishing professionals, and optimizing conversion rates. You will be an integral part of a tight-knit team of 8 individuals who are dedicated to ensuring that our users have an outstanding experience on our platform. Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing top-notch support to blithequark users, addressing their queries, and resolving any issues they may encounter.
- Reviewing projects submitted on our platform to ensure that they meet our high standards and providing constructive feedback to users.
- Designing and building customer funnels, including emails and in-app messages, to reactivate users and introduce them to blithequark's features.
- Maintaining and updating our FAQ section based on user feedback and questions to ensure that it remains relevant and helpful.
- Suggesting product features based on user feedback to drive innovation and improvement.
- Contributing to maintaining a high Net Promoter Score (NPS), currently at an impressive 86%, by delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Requirements
To succeed as a Customer Happiness Intern at blithequark, you will need to possess the following skills and qualities:
- An analytical mind with a passion for problem-solving and a keen eye for detail.
- The ability to work collaboratively as part of a remote team, with excellent communication skills and a strong sense of initiative and responsibility.
- Strong writing skills, with the ability to write clearly, accurately, and engagingly, with perfect grammar and spelling.
- Native-level English language skills, with fluency in French, Spanish, or German being a bonus.
- Availability to work full-time for 6 months, with a commitment to delivering high-quality results and driving user satisfaction.
- Previous customer support experience is welcomed, but not essential, as we provide comprehensive training to ensure your success in this role.

Salary Range
The salary range for this role is £14,000 – £26,000, depending on your experience and qualifications.
