Responsibilities:

• Receive, sort, and process incoming packages promptly
• Load and unload packages onto delivery vehicles safely and efficiently
• Track and monitor package deliveries to ensure timely and accurate completion
• Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries and concerns
• Assist customers with package tracking, delivery updates, and issue resolution
• Maintain precise records of package deliveries and customer interactions
• Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow and meet delivery deadlines

Requirements:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Proficiency in using computer systems and software for tracking and documentation
• Physical ability to lift and move packages up to 50 pounds
• Previous experience in customer service and package handling is preferred
• Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
