**Responsibilities**
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, your key responsibilities will include:
* **Guiding Customers**: Assist franchised distributor customers in selecting automotive tools and toolboxes, providing expert advice and guidance to ensure they find the perfect solution for their needs.
* **Handling Inquiries**: Handle inbound calls, providing pricing details, part numbers, and troubleshooting issues to resolve customer concerns efficiently.
* **Providing Technical Support**: Offer information and specifications from the arenaflex catalog, ensuring customers have the knowledge they need to make informed decisions.
* **Managing Orders**: Input orders accurately using internal software systems, ensuring seamless communication with our sales force and corporate offices.
* **Collaborating with the Team**: Work closely with the Customer Service team to resolve challenges and ensure seamless communication, fostering a culture of collaboration and problem-solving.
* **Engaging with Subject Matter Experts**: Engage with subject matter experts across departments for cross-functional problem-solving, driving innovation and growth.

**Requirements**
To succeed as a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll need:
* **High School Diploma or GED Equivalent**: A high school diploma or equivalent is required, with a strong emphasis on customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills.
* **Flexibility**: Be available to work from 10:00 AM-6:30 PM ET, Monday to Friday, with flexibility to adapt to changing business needs.
* **Call Center Experience**: At least 1 year of call center experience or equivalent customer service experience is required, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences.
* **Automotive Knowledge**: On-the-job experience with general automotive mechanics is a plus, as is ASE certification, automotive experience, tool familiarity, or a related trade school degree.
* **Intermediate PC and Keyboard Skills**: Strong intermediate PC and keyboard skills are required, with the ability to navigate internal software systems and tools.
* **Strong Verbal and Written Communication Skills**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential, with the ability to interpret customer issues and troubleshoot effectively.
* **Professional Demeanor**: A professional demeanor is required, with the ability to understand customer concerns and provide empathetic support.
* **Quick Learning Ability**: A quick learning ability and adaptability in a fast-paced environment are essential, with the ability to adapt to changing business needs and priorities.
