This role is completely remote, and the hours will be 9-6 PST Friday-Tuesday.

This is a 1099, full time contract role offering a healthcare stipend.

## Overview

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and a passion for assisting customers. Customer Service is all about the details, and we are looking for someone who exudes professionalism in all areas.

## Duties

– Communicate with customers via phone, and email to provide information about products or services

– Assist customers with order placement, tracking, and issue resolution

– Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently

– Analyze customer feedback to improve service quality

## Requirements

– Attention to detail, we need someone who can read, write and communicate in a very professional manner

– Strong customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor

– Ability to perform data entry accurately and efficiently

– Prior experience in customer service or sales is preferred

Job Types: Full-time, Contract
