What is the compensation?
• Our starting pay is $14.00 an hour during the week and $15.50 an hour during the weekend. Additional pay can be considered with call center experience.

Opportunities to work remotely from your Georgia home exist for qualified candidates. Requirements to work from home include high speed internet, the ability to connect the computer equipment directly into the router (wi-fi is not an option), an enclosed private space where only you can be seen and heard, and no background noise. It is that simple.
Equipment Requirements
DonÂ’t have computer equipment, no problem. ASuperior will ship you all of the equipment needs. Simply plug up and sign on. If you have some equipment of your own you would like to use, that is fine too. WeÂ’ll talk in more detail during the interview.
What are the available shifts?
We are currently seeking candidates whose availability ranges from 7:00 am to 11:00 pm Monday through Sunday. Shifts are 8 hours within that range with a 30 minute paid break.
We are seeking those who are available to work both days every other weekend. Weekend shifts vary in time from 7:00 am to 11:00 pm.
• Want to work every weekend (one day or both)? We can accommodate that too. As noted above, we increase our hourly pay for any hours worked during the weekend.

When can I start?
• If we are pleased with your audition, we will e-mail you our application and pre-employment assessment testing. In many cases you will hear back from us the same day, and if not, expect to hear from us within 1-3 business days.
• As soon as you complete your application and assessment, we’ll coordinate either an on site or virtual interview in hopes to meet you within 1-3 business days.
• From there, our hopes are to start you within 5-7 days of being interviewed and offered the position. This allows time for your background check and drug screen results to be completed along with coordinating your equipment needs if you will be working remotely.
